Our truck dispatching services are specially designed for owner-operators and independent truckers with their own authority (MC#). We dispatch flatbed trucks, reefers trucks, auto carrier trucks, dry vans trucks, step decks, flatbed with headboards, removable goosenecks, or other types of trucks and vans. We find you the best truckloads anywhere in the continental USA or Canada.
Freight moves every day. We know that you need a service that provides you with support services at all times. We provide emergency on-call services to make sure you're covered. We are your dispatcher from booking until delivery and will be there to support you. Should you have a blowout or breakdown, we will help you find road service, tire service, or any other help you may require. One of our dispatchers will be available to assist you.
We do not only plan and dispatch your loads, but we will successfully negotiate top rates from brokers and/or shippers for you as part of our service. We'll make sure you or your company optimize the time spent out on the road. You'll have the final decision on which loads and where you want to run. Your personal assigned dispatcher will work hard to find and secure the best paying loads while keeping you and you loaded and rolling.

We offer a non-forced dispatching approach. You are in control of the loads you run! No contracts required only a dispatch agreement and a factoring company that offers dispatch invoicing. Don't have one? We can assist with that too!

Fulltime Dispatching plan:

Monthly Cost: $0 per truck
Load Percentage: 5%
Fee Protection Deposit Required: $100 (Fee Protection Deposit waived for factoring companies that allow dispatching contracts to be added to your factoring services)
This plan is a good fit for O/O and small fleet companies needing fulltime dispatching services. There is no monthly fee for this plan, however, drivers are required to pay a deposit of $100 dollars into a fee protection account during contract enrollment. This $100 fee is due immediately in order to start receiving dispatching services. Our fee protection account is used to ensure legal action is covered in the event it is necessary. Legal action may be taken for drivers who cancel contracts without the factoring company paying out on rendered loads prior to the cancellation or in the event a load, not covered by the factoring company, is not paid out by the driver within 24 hours of factoring failure payout notice.
Part-Time Dispatching Plan:

Monthly Cost: $49.99 per truck
Load Percentage: 7%
Fee Protection Deposit Required: $100
( Fee Protection Deposit waived for factoring companies that allow dispatching contracts to be added to your factoring services)
This plan is a good fit for O/O and small fleet companies who either already have a dispatcher and is in need of a backup dispatcher or dispatch on their own and just need dispatching service part-time. There is a $50 monthly fee for this service plan, drivers are also required to pay a deposit of $100 dollars into a fee protection account during contract enrollment. The $100 dollar fee protection deposit is due immediately in order to begin receiving dispatching services, the $ 50-day monthly plan will start the next month after enrollment. Our fee protection account is used to ensure legal action is covered in the event it is necessary. Legal action may be taken for drivers who cancel contracts without the factoring company paying out on rendered loads prior to the cancellation or in the event a load, not covered by the factoring company, is not paid out by the driver within 24 hours of factoring failure payout notice.

This plan allows O/O and small fleet companies the ability to call anytime, within 24 hours, prior to the time they need a load for a load search and delivery request. O/O who calls for a rush/last-minute load search and delivery will be charged an additional $15 last-minute finders fee to their on-file payment account if the same day load is provided. Same day/last minute loads are not guaranteed, MVG Dispatchers will do their best to provide these types of loads but cannot guarantee it.

All O/O utilizing this plan must provide a valid checking account, the same as the account used for their factoring company, to pay monthly $50 plan fee and any additional fees they may occur during the month. An invoice is sent at the end of every billing cycle for all fees charged on the next billing cycle.
Pay As You Go Dispatching Plan:

Per Load Finders Fee: $69.99 Per Truck
Load Percentage: 10% of each load dispatched
